Recession anyone ?

So now is the time , recession has come , go out and buy all the properties you can get a hold of , invest all you can , cause when this si over , you'll be sitting on some cash $. personally i'm thinking of purchasing some properties, and sitting on them till the time is right , then BAM , i flip em , sell, or rent them out ,, Cash money in my bank. so for all those interested, feel free to send me a commment or two and I will get back to you in due time.......
